July 1st... C-Series off the books...

July 1st... C-Series off the books...Long time investor here... quick question... if the C-Series will be ''off the books' as of July 1st, why is the stock rising on a ''presumed'' 60 c-series order? If I understand correctly, as of July 1st, the stock price ''should'' no longer reflect ANY c-series orders... That said, do investors feel that by removed this from the books, the stock has a greater value? Input would be appreciated, cheers!
