Bought deal closed: frrom 50 M anticipated, they have reached 57 M........so good news is that an interest frrom investors is there. But a little bit more dilution.

I was expecting that move down before, not at closing of the bought deal.....

Everything else seems perfect for TH; so its short SHORT term move.
