RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:Announcement Coming?How'bout we get to 90% first and ensure a stable dividened that the market will finally believe. Your saying they are going to raise divy - geez right now major market players dont think this is sustainable for long OR the yield would be lower - Correct?

They should get to 80% at the end of the year, which means next year if they have net additions they should be able to start increasing the dividend again.
