Nuggetin, Was not referenceing your post. I do not trust management at all. I had conversations with WH and was told the RE would be much less than "advertised". Also told of the efforts to sell of the rest of the compnay to riase cash. No takers. They offered PRB the full 70% for $3.0 million on Sleepy. Bsed on persoanl experience, I know they will share material information before it is published.

I do not trust management either.
