You are just to incompetent to do any serious due diligence...read my past post on this issue. Remember its KCC equity not KAT equity...KAT operates a JV

Also, I would also do my homework on the equity method of accounting, which is what is required by IFRS to account for JVs.

The way I see it... either you can miss the serious run-up on KAT soon or you can invest in KAT and make money. No one is going to spoon feed you
