Yes, precisely, the RE "surprise" can also be laid at the doorstep of EO.

No matter which way you slice it, it all goes back to something EO did or did not do.

This sort of internecine dissention always has a lowering effect on the price, either directly or indirectly.  That is the bad news.

The good news is that it is temporary.  When the good ship Alexandria has once more a firm hand on the tiller, it will be fair winds and following seas once again.
