random observation

random observationWildcat Silver (aka AZ Mining) was just bought out for $1.2 billion.  Levon is very similar to AZ.  AZ hung their hat on zinc whereas LVN has more gold/silver in their Cordero project.  The NPV for AZ's project is about twice that of the Cordero project, but I believe the market will ultimately swing back in favor of the precious metals, not that the Cordero project is lacking any zinc/lead.

If you take half of $1.2 billion and divide that up amongst 200+ million shares (AZ had well over 300mm shares outstanding) this is in the ballpark of about $3 per share.  This confirms my initial target of mid $2s when investing in LVN.

As another comparison, AZ in a span of 3 years from 2015 - current achieved a 23 bagger.  What would a similar performance for LVN bring the share price to?  Right around my $3 estimate.  These are all rough calculations, but it reinforces my belief that once you scout out the solid projects you just have to invest and be patient.
