Time for action from IBR

Time for action from IBRHuge bids at .75.   We need to have some info out about stabilized flow rates and plans for drilling new wells.   If not, lingering at Velvet offer price only enhances sentiment towards acceptance.  Summer is here.  Roads are dry.  If it is winter work let people know.  .75 is a serious low ball.  IBR has a lot more than that.
