Not everyone, but one poster did say exactly that, so I addressed it.

"The actions of this board are criminal."
That's the type of thing I'm trying to address.  Allegations of criminal activity are serious, and the potential here is for breaches of exchange policy, and breaches of corporate or securities law....not the criminal code.

I'm not disagreeing with or dismissing any concerns, just tried to manage expectations.  It's not likely anyone's going to jail in this case.
