RE:RE:RE:Big TwistWell, of course it's going to go though and an absolute no-brainer from the Leaf shareholders side of the table.
The question is, will it go through from the Aurora side where they still need 50% of their shareholders to agree to this massive dilutive takeover. Unlike the Leaf shareholder structure which is very tightly held between only a handful of big shareholders, Aurora is lossely held with apparently no one shareholder having more than 3% of the shares.
BTW: I believe the locked in votes from the inside directors at CanniMed was already at something like 46% right from the get go.
