RE:From what I've read it seems that our leaders are pushing PACO2 -  You are certainly right about excessive management compensation.  The entire junior sector appears to follow this policy based on peer review analysis which is nothing more than "I'll scratch your back if you scratch mine".  This is something to be addressed by the accounting advisors and the PDAC in a comprehensive study.  I certainly don't mean to denigate the efforts of effective managers, but compensation should certainly be related to actual corporate (read shareholders and stakeholders) accomplishment and sharing.  Of further note to your point is the effect of seemingly undue management compensation on stakeholders such as the First Nations in the areas of their lands.  Tribal leaders see these excessive payments as justification for increasing militancy regarding payments to them and their tribes.  It's hard to criticize seemingly outrageous tribal demands as a consequence.  You have a really valid concern which shouldn't be limited only to Premier which overall has been a better steward of stakeholder interest than many.
