RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:Long & Strong on XLYWell, I was hoping that Chuckles would act more like a responsible CEO and at least try to enhance shareholder value for the current shareholders.
Never really expected him to cancel the warrants outright, but maybe he could take a page out of the Aurora playbook. If Aurora can take their U.S. assets and spin them back out to their current shareholders gratis, than how about Chuck finding some way to creatively turn these anchor-like penny warrants into something positive like giving them gratis to long suffering loyal shareholders in such a way as to enhance shareholder value going forward.
It would definitely be much more of a positive move for current shareholders as opposed to issuing tens of millions of new shares at huge crippling 20% to 25% discounts to recent market price. And definitely a lot better than loaning huge volumes of shares to greedy hedge funds for the sole purpose of having them short your stock.
Now, that's what I call a CEO acting irresponsibly and coming up with action plans that DESTROYS shareholder value short term, instead of enhancing them.

Either that or he could be creative like the boys over at Aurora and use these warrants to turn a big negative into a positive for the current shareholders. In other words, he could take all of these warrants and parcel them out to the current shareholders in some type of creative format which will both enhance current shareholder value and also benefit the company going forward longer term.
