But....

It's the SECURITIES & LISTINGS LAW of Canada so don't need to believe me, and lest we forget, KAT is STILL under investigation by the OSC...

"PART 7: MATERIAL CHANGE REPORTS 7.1 Publication of Material Change (1) Subject to subsection (2), if a material change occurs in the affairs of a reporting issuer, the reporting issuer must (a) immediately issue and file a news release authorized by a senior officer disclosing the nature and substance of the change; and (b) as soon as practicable, and in any event within 10 days of the date on which the change occurs, file a Form 51-102F3 Material Change Report with respect to the material change."
