Can't Help but Wonder

Can't Help but Wonder... if Bramante's departure had anything to do with suspending Joshua Tree production and sales?  Very surprised there was no press release concerning his May 15 departure given he apparently owned 18% of the stock.  IMO this departure should be considered a material change in circumstances.
