RE:RE:CIBC

RE:RE:CIBCI assumed at one time that the CIBC crosses was just the market doing what the market does but in  the last year or so due to Cash and others heads up I have certainly noticed what seems like unusual trading.
I just got off the phone after a 10 minute conversation with a lady from IIROC (not the first time) and pointed out the unusual trading pattern primarily by CIBC over the last long while.
She went on to point out it was not illegal to cross trades etc, etc.
The end result was that I told her there had been emailed complaints previously and it is still going on.
She encourged me to send a written complaint saying that they look into all complaints and if they see anything suspicious they definately look at if
I asked her what a trading pattern that 'looked suspicious' would look like if CIBC's continued crosses primarily to the downside weren't. She couldn't tell me exactly.
All this to say I trade through CIBC and have also asked them about it but of course they couldn't say.
ON the other hand a sale or at least a PO from a couple of different healthcare facilities for 20 - 30 units and a deal with Getinge or whomever will solve all our problems. The new website is at least a positive developement
