Over one third of the float has changed hands just today, not even counting yesterday's volume. So, today and yesterday is about 39 million shares traded. 

This tells me that weak hands have sold out to strong hands that understand the fundamental value of ICO. The weak sisters that sold for a quick short term gain will regret this, unless they buy back in. In the future, they will realize that they left a huge pile of cash on the table by selling too soon, and not holding onto their position to capitalize on the future success of ICO and reap the fruit.
