E-BAY. a click portal to people wanting to auction their stuff. current net worth 11.1 billion 

ETSY a click portal to people selling their ARTS AND CRAFTS!!! current net worth 688 million.

ALPHABET, a simple search engine/click portal... current net worth 505 billion. (google for the lesser informend)  

UBER, a click portal to other people with cars willing to drive you places... currently has a net worth of 6 billion.

AIR BnB, just a click portal to people with a room or appartment for rent. current net worth of 3.8 billion.

 the list goes on... 


so please mister big time internet investor, tell me again how sites linking people to a common commodity (and having no products of their own) is a worthless indevor? 


i guess your way of thinking is stuck in the 80's but in this century the internet is the future, and education is no different. even if this deal is a dud, there is still huge potential for growth. 

i wish everybody the best of luck and future riches. i am a long invester so we will see what the future has in store.
