Looks to me like someone is accumulating without running the price up too fast. The last few days there’s been a few times where someone would gobble up all the asks and spike the SP then they sell a few thousand shares to drop it down again. Like yesterday there was a 75k share buy then it dropped $0.05 right away. I took advantage of it today when the price spiked from $1.62 to $1.69 I had a sell in at $1.68 then 15 mins later I rebought my shares for $1.60.

whomever bought $5mil worth at $2 will surely have a lot more cash and is probably increasing their position.
