Yes gold going down and the US dollar rising will kill off many juniors - however the difference with KL is location and set up - Kl pays everything in Canadian and Australian dollars and collects on the rising US dollar - its all in cost per ounce is one of the lowest in world and arguably the lowest in safe jurisdictions - so the dollar goes up KL collects more - the US dollar goes down and KL gets more for its gold - its a win /win - they have - the men - expertise - machinery- mines and mills - right now it takes almost 15 years from shovel discovery to poured ounce of gold in most jurisdictions for new mine set ups - so yes all those juniors and weak intermediates have a lot to worry about - wait and see second quarter results - more gold and more profit
