There is no association between PepsiCo and XTHC.  They simply share a bottler which is no big deal.

Phoenix Tears got embarrassed when they made it sound like they got into 7 Eleven, when all they did was do a deal with a distributor that has placed products into 711 (there are dozens of these distributors).  Two very different things and then 711 does a press release denying any association, total gong show for Phoenix Tears.  Reduces their chance of getting the real deal, dumb move.
