The science is there and explained clearly.
The team is real and really brilliant.
They are NRs which shows leaps in progress of a very complicated device.
They have a test product.
Police are testing a breathalyzer device (not published but well known to insiders)
Oct.17 gives enough time to tweak the device to exact legal specifications, mass produce, and give law enforcement and businesses time to train.
We are close. No guarantee but a solid choice.
