canaken1, I believe that the deal you are referring to is a formation of a joint venture between Emblem and Acnos Pharma, under the name of Emblem Germany (JV). If that's the case, there is "No Connection" at all to Canntab. Emblem will be selling their products through the German pharmaceutical wholesaler Acnos Pharma. Just a reminder, Emblem has the rights to produce and sell Canntab's (XR) tablets only in Canada! Canntab announced earlier today the Health Canada Approval and the launch of " the first of its '420 Therapeutics' brand of Cannabis wellness products: Hemp Oil Gel Capsules". 420 Therapeutic Inc. is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Canntab.
