The Company holds a 90% interest in two mining leases north of the town of Skead within the city of Greater Sudbury in Ontario. The two mining leases cover an area of approximately 129.99 hectares.

the rich are able to withstand long periods of deflated prices --low prices are excellent for those rich enough to build positions over long periods --
- this{ MTO plus ( BTR minus SPINOFF)} scenario prolongs the period of possible deflated prices

the people who control large quantities of stock have no immediate concerns of price changes
