He is implying that we get partnerships and agreements soon, which is expected at this stage, just look at what is happening !! Once that happens, we wil be at the dollars range ! And dont forget that ICO had negotiations for potential agreements and partnership in 3 different continents, including Europe. so look out for that, holding very tight to my shares !!
