I know what nearly complete means. There are stages to completion of most things, and the HC approval process appears to have some fairly clear stages. It looks to me like Vodis is still early in the process, but you are saying they are "nearly complete". What milestones have they completed?

I am not trying to bash this stock. I hold a position and it would benefit me if it did well. I am looking for something convincing to show that they are in the advanced stages of the HC process. The Licence to Produce would be a milestone, but is still a fairly early step in the process. I don't think Vodis has achieved that yet.
