What happens after 5 years, phase 1 growers are kicked out? I think Canndescent was just a rumour anyway - they're building out to 100k sq ft this year, are experience growers who already have brand equity and distribution. They don't need Sunniva for anything. Sunnivas business model would work better if they owned the facility, that way they could at least profit by leasing space. Too bad after 15 years (plus 2 optional 5 year terms) they won't own anything.
