It is the much awaited settlement of the Gecamines deal. The PR was released on Jun 12, 2018, 13:41 ET...

... and it states clearly in the 2nd paragraph that "These proceedings are expected to be completed on a date within the next two weeks (the "Closing Date")."

So, frankly, everyone still seems to be waiting for one more Glencore/KAT PR.

KAT is traded on the TSX, but the company is in Africa, and the parent company is in Europe, so yeah, I think that this does have an effect.

Hell, I spent my lunch watching the Crotia game instead.
