RE:News Out !Right now the claim by GOI against NIKO for migration of gas is 170 million in total damages. So the value of NKO'S share of D-6 is currently reduced by 170 million. If they win the lawsuit the value goes up by a 170 million, a lot is riding on the outcome and we will know shortly.
