AAO becomes IntellaEquity Inc. listed on CSE.

AAO becomes IntellaEquity Inc. listed on CSE. If acceted  What will be changed

1) AAO  will be an investment company ( much better).  AAO is now an Industrial Company

2) AAO names will be changed to IntellaEquity Inc. (nice name)

3) AAO shares will be delisted from TSX.V and will be listed on better exchange Canadian
Securities Exchange. (Awesome CSx better than TSX.V)

4) Share consolidation  20:1  ( I didn't like this,  i prefer 5:1 or 10:1 )

5) stock option ( i am against)

My question what kind of benefit will we get by selling fox-tek to Mooncor?

I still have question .. can someone explain..
