I assume this sp was agreeed upon with a strong opinion of a favorable Kentucky outcome as well.  Any extra context for why this is amazing would be appreciated.

After the Sky deal was announced, the stock had a big run-up. Then it had another upswing after Q1 earnings and another after the SC ruling. Institutional investors are clamoring for TSG shares even after all the big run ups in price.

Normally, you have to give them a substantial discount to entice them, especially after multiple run-ups because a stock may seem overvalued or overhyped by sophisticated investors at those levels.

Cobalt27 had a secondary offering the other day in order to finance a streaming deal, and I think it was 20% below their current stock price.
