RE:Couldn't have gotten better news on this stockIf NIKO wins the lawsuit obtaining financing or selling D-6 will be much easier. I would not be surprised if NIKO doesn't have a financing package in place or a buyer for D 6 already in the works both being conditional upon a positive outcome of the lawsuit. Here's hoping for the best and better times.
