For anyone else interestedJimmy Lee has had a long successful career in Canadian business.. He is on several different boards in addition to Golden Valley.

Currently, he is chairman of Mercer International, a large international supplier of wood pulp based in Vancouver. He owns 2.7% of Mercer, as well as 26.6% of Golden Valley, personally.

I'm pretty sure this makes him the largest shareholder of Golden Valley, and by proxy, Abitibi Royalties.
