RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:press releaseNot sure if this could explain the sell off yesterday but according to the AGM press release, BNK passed a resolution to issue three series of Preferred shares, along with a stipulation that a max 10% can be converted to common shares in the case of default.

This resolution passed by a vote of 66%. That is not exactly a ringing endorsement, unless you are running for President. Is it possibe that a few large shareholders or institutions were unhappy with this resolution and sold their shares?
