Vote Proxy EarlyAs Shylock, I and others are doing, try and vote your proxy early to give BoD a more timely indication of support levels. Sooner the BoD knows they have the needed votes, the more timely they can continue to plan and initiate further external discussions in implementing what needs to be done. They are likely getting up-to-date briefings from Kingsdale Advisors.
