You've summarized many of the obstacles facing the Company. It's like shackles holding a prisoner. Yet it's those very challenges that set up a sudden sharp reversal as they are overcome. Government negotiations eventually bear fruit. A complete lack of exploration leads to metal shortages. Prices suddenly revise upwards. Then your giant mega projects are the hottest ticket in town.
Everyone has to trade their own comfort zone. There is nothing wrong with trading momentum. In my opinion, I'm expecting a sudden reversal as one or more obstacles are overcome. And I intend to be there when it happens. There isn't a lot of available float. Half the shares are off the table. A single institution can buy it all with a billion US. I've seen this movie so many tines with high quality projects.
