tannin wrote: Your $$, your decisions bourbaki...also your research, not mine. Neither management have credibility......Past performances appalling...why are you expecting change ? Overlarge salaries, now, after losses/writeoffs, too little capital involved...etc. I've owned stock and debs, out of both now. No question that stock is selling below asset value; that's not enough, given everything else, to interest me. Other stocks you might look at .....fly, yoo, ops come to mind. If your 'must have' criteria is more cash/assets than sp+debs, these are not for you....however their potential is huge, with serious risk of course. I would put it to you that  with management like GRC's, there is risk there too.......though I think the biggest risk is dead money for a long while, even if management succeeds...with the added risk that they don't.
Anyway, good luck to you, of course.

I'm not asking you to make decisions for me.  I was pointing out that your message wasn't very informative, and asking whether you had done any analysis on the current state of the company to come to your negative conclusion.

I've made good money on companies that have been left for dead, but I've certainly made mistakes, and a healthy dose of skepticism is warranted here.  Yes, of course there's risk.  This isn't exactly Berkshire Hathaway.  As to why I expect change:  because a number of things have already changed.  The change has been for the better, IMO, yet the market is acting like it's been for the worse.

I'll take a further look at FLY etc. to see if I can learn something.
