Planet 13 Investment

Planet 13 InvestmentAnyone know what QCA received for their $1,000,000 investment in Planet 13 awhile back? Was it a debenture (convertible?) or equity? I can't seem to locate a news release on it. 

Also, what are your thoughts for the week? I think we have had decent volume and I find volume precedes price movement so maybe we close the next couple of days $0.35+?
