RE:RE:RE:Warrantsgoldopportunity wrote: Hey schmoby -- I should have read this post of yours first, before I responded to the other one you sent that was first in line. You're just not a very nice person, man I'm pissed at you. I was civil in my first post to you, and you disgraced our board. But you're lucky I'm in a good mood and I'm going to let you off with a warning about your precious probe stock. I would be inclined to put in a few staggered sell orders. Why? Because people are going to start getting antsy about what and where DP is going to spend his bloated treasury on. Wouldn't surprise me if what he intends to do will also involve a financing of some sort (thru a bank or another pp??, issuance of shares for instance).
If you're smart, you'll take advantage of the warm and fuzzy feeling probe shareholders are experiencing right now. Why am I telling you this? Because I know you're not smart and you won't put in those sell orders. Now if you issue a sincere apology to the alexandria board about the post you sent below then I'll consider providing you with several suggested selling price pts via PM. Until I see that apology, you are not welcome on this board anymore. Jmvho.

"The simple answer is no. The warrants will most likely expire worthless, no one in their right mind would spend .09 for a stock trading between .035-.04 with virtually no liquidity.
How would you like to try dumping 33,000,000 shares right now at .05-.06 less than what you pay for it...the SP would be significantly less than .035. Exercising the warrants will never ever happen unless the price exceeds .09 and even then I wouldn't bet on it.
There isn't any good news coming, RE was a flop, the ongoing internal fighting is a joke and there's no hope for a miracle drill strike because they don't have any money left and I am not aware of any meaningful drill program going on. This stock is toast any way you look at it IMO.
I know there are a few dreamers still believing there is a big pot of gold at the end of this in a buy out but that is honestly unrealistic, it's not going to happen and every day this goes longer the more cash AZX burns and the lower the price will drop.
If EO really has access to $20m in capital then he would be the smart way to go but on the other hand his track record is brutal, hard to believe he has access to that kind of capital."
GO, I am sorry if you took offence to my post above, that wasn't my intent. It is simply what my gut feelings and opinion are, maybe it comes off "harsh" to some people but honestly that's not the intent. I am truly a little surprised why the post above angered you. I try to bring value to the board from my perspective, I realize I am not going to be everyones favourite flavour but sometimes it's always good to have a different viewpoint, I know I appreciate at it, even from shylock:)
I am not sure exactly the reference to PRB that you are making, while I have talked about them in the past I didn't reference them in the quote you provided. For me at this point it will be whatever it will be between AZX/PRB, though I think the chances of anything now are getting further apart or something more fractured like a small adjacent property aquistion or something like that.
There's at least dozen people on this board speculating, as I have, what the future looks like for AZX, many vastly different from each other. My main point was primarily to say IMO there is no way any of the warrants that are out of the money get exercised, it just wouldn't make any sense to me, it doesn't mean before they expire that they can't be exercised if AZX turns things around and SP gets above .09, I just can't figure a way that can happen at this point in that time frame.
I do not intent on selling my PRB anytime soon and it won't be for less than $5.00 hopefully $7.50 in a few years, but I do appreciate the offer and perhaps down the road I will ask you for your advice and opinion on analysis. I continue to add slowly there, maybe just over 200k currently and my goal is 500k. I am very interested with what DP plans on doing with that much cash.
