The kid was over his head. Divorce them from the company or expect another reverse split with dilution. The Delta facility is empty drive up to it today!!!
They were supposed to be bringing it up to fire code. 

Full disclosure I’d burn cash on Youtube and make more money off the views in contrast to the catastrophic situation for Vodis. 
Lotz should be CEO but hes too busy with Majhong Trading World which should give anyone pause considering the affiliation with -Triads-
