Not really. The SP doesn't seem to be reflecting the demand. This is strange goings on. I don't recall seeing anything like this other than on penny stocks or stocks that have a trade hold on them. 

Flat, give or take a penny for almost two days. Selling to stop a breakout???????????? 

I looked at the 2nd level buy asks on Scotia and there are a lot more buys in than asks, by a ratio of almost four buys for every ask. 

Same thing, almost identical ask/buy prices.
