One would think they would get the two required grows going concurrently in separate rooms so they can have the end product tested and submitted to HC for approval. Once approved they can start on producing inventory for sale once they get their sales license.

One might want to keep in mind that weed doesn't have a very long shelf life even if it is vacuum packed. 

Not sure if I would want to buy some if it was produced over 6-8 months ago.

Convert it to oil or rosin ASAP as it will have a much longer shelf life.

But then that process requires a separate "Production" license.
