Latest info from Leo on the next NR !

I spoke with Leo today and inquired as to when the next NR would be out on the CW assays. He said they will not be out for a couple more weeks. He did say they are working on an update that will be out this week. I asked what the update would be about and all he would say is that they are still working on the wording, so I didn’t get any more info than that. I don’t want to try and guess what the update will be about, but for now no assay results for a couple more weeks.

The more time that passes, the more it appears that ES/KL are running things.  After all, they own 1/3rd of the company and are slowly increasing their ownership share.  ES can buy another 9 million shares before he hits the 20% ownership mark.  He has the $38 million to do it if he wants to. Just stretch the purchases over a long period of time to keep the SP from skyrocketing.  Each time the SP drops it becomes more attrative for ES to buy more if he believes it's a mult-bagger from here.

There is careful thought behind each news release.  If you don't believe that then you don't believe management is competent.  Scary thought.  QH is now the useful highly respected front man with John and Kas doing the geology/exploration.  ES and his partners are still buying in the Pilbara and it appears they don't want good news releases.  Just hints of how good it's going to be in QH interviews.  How long that will continue is anyones guess.

The alternatives to that is ES still has no proof that this is a region-wide evert in which Novo and Pacton ultimately will own most of the gold but is still hoping it is.  ES has a lot of guts if that is the case.  Of course, if he loses $100 million in the Pilbara he can write it off against his other winners and will still be fabulously rich.  If ES has bet wrong, then no more bombshell upside and just minor bulk samples of 10 to 15 gpt over 1/2 meter in most places and 5 to 10 gpt over several meters in limited other places for the next 5 months.  In that alternative, they need to prove the gold nuggets extend over a very large area or KLs warrants will expire before the SP hits $6 again.

Has been the Exploration arm of KL/ES since last September of 2017.  Tony Makuch basically hinted at the same.

This is a well constructed pre-meditated corporate arrangement as discussed countless of times previously.  What I would like to see in the next NR is the progress status of that Mining License application and the Mineralization Report for CW/PR. 

And I have no doubt in my mind that it is KL that is pushing for the M-License in the background.

As for PAC, their mission statement has been clearly announced by their management team.  And the asset acquisitions will likely continue in the near term.   Look forward to the announcements.
