Short term dilution could hurt -but I think we like to focus on the bigger picture --

-,650ksqft, scalable hybrid Ontario greenhouse
- 20k kg ready for rec ,
-- The shoppers supply agreement
--3000 senior beds supply agreement
- high probability of an OCS contract 
not to mention the 30 +dispensaries in 4 diff provinces we announced recently -**

check a few other boards who are panicking for REC and it's fast approaching ..ie Mari /thcb etc
No supply agreements yet*  / no dispensaries etc...no permits nothing..

**i think combined we will thrive --mix in jackman branding, vitalis extracts ,phiveda ,VDP, Kaya , maitri and sky is the limit ^^^^
