Looks like YTD the company is up to 295k shares, board members 66k, and CEO 12k.
I would agree that managment must think things are improving to be actively buying, and that they feel their shares are undervalued at current prices. Why else would they do this?

No clue what your referring to with cash on the bottom line. The cash would be in low risk/return assets making no contribution to bottom line. Its sitting idle and its best use would be to buy back stock at a discount to raise future EPS from lower shares outstanding and increase the NAV to remaining shareholders. Also a large portion of that cash is in US dollars that has appreciated notably, and buying back Canadian denominated shares. Thats another win.

Regardless, more order announcements, more design wins, more production. In the sweet spot of IOT and a great balance sheet. If they can get the top line revenues to catch up and surpass their cost structure we could see EPS start to gain much momentum as year progresses. That would be very good for this share price imo.
