RE:RE:Elections....Their plan to legalize MJ  is a big part of the plan against crime ,and most of the crime is in several smaller localised areas - it does remain a problem but not what some non mexican media report as well the oil theft is not what is reported by outside media - keeping in mind that it does exist , a lot of it is just rehashed from other years (note the date of the news and photos you see)
