RE:Who applied for HC license first ?

Not sure but I hope to fock we don't get those posters saying " is this the Friday" until it actually happens. Just don't know where the problem lies but I do know that I have dropped my expectations a lot. I still have some "hope" factor but that doesn't correlate to money until we get some prouncement.
