RE:Here is the truth

RE:Here is the truthThis NR just adds to my concerns below.  So you bloat the share count recognizing now that it would be impossible for current shareholders to realize the value they thought they were buying into, and now you reverse split 10:1 under the guise of qualifying for a Nasdaq listing?  What a joke.

I'm sorry, however just look at today's article on the Globe and Mail commentary on Canopy Growth (200 million outstanding shares, $22MM Q4 revenue) plan to increase the employee compensation through options accounting for 15% of total outstandings.    It aligns to everything I said below.

With this move, once the shorts hammer this down, unless ISOL stops spending money like mad men on acquisitions, even new share holders will see their value decrease after the split.

I think this is a solid company with great products, but I question how its achieving its goals and where it leaves the average shareholder.

Again, I will use a company like LDS as an example, not to pump because that is not my speed.  Very shortly, you will see revenues of $3MM a month, and by December you could be looking at $10MM/mth.  All this, without the need for financing, with no debt, and without diluting shareholder value.    Now look at the number of outstanding shares, and you will see why its trading at a 40% premium to ISOL, and why it has blue sky potential.

Again, not to knock ISOL, but I do have and always have had issues with their business plan.

Good luck.
