BacTech Environmental Corporation is a Canada-based company, which specializes in environmental technology. I'm no Stoneman but you can be clear this is exactly what BAC needed. The project dilution isnt ideal but this just went a long way in derisking the project and at a $2m market cap the downside is very little now. Basically no reaction from the market. I think this might be a turning point.
