The Zincx spinoff will not make much of a difference. In fact, the market cap will probably drop with about the same amount as the sum of the Zincx shares are worth. The Zincx value is priced in.

What about the warrant holders. Their warrant be all of a sudden be more out-of-the-money, thus less worth. Will warrantholders be compensated?
