Projected share value

Projected share valueI calculate a share value range of $4.00US - $7.00US or $5.50 - $9.50 CAD based on the following assumptions:

Total oz - 3.5 - 5M
OS shares - 106M

Sale price of $120-150US per oz. (I picked up these #s from the web, takeover)

Even if the sales price is $100US the share value is $3.30US or $4.40CAD based on 3.5M oz.

What's your thoughts? any of these assumptions wrong?
